| Fabrication of the frame is carried out through an assembly line process on a per bay basis. Each bay has trained welders to perform a specific process. The individuals in each bay are trained in one specific area of the trailer and trained on how to weld that area. The attention to detail in each area of the trailer is what ensures its top quality welds and structural integrity. At the end of fabrication to the frame, a quality control check is performed on every trailer that leaves the line. The trailer will not leave the line until it passes all quality control inspections.
